What does your Company do?

With offices, both in the United States and Morocco, Africa, US Codec provides VoIP connection services to national, international carriers and service providers.

What is the validity of my credit ?

Unused credit validity ranges from 3 months to 6 months depending on your selected package; but if you are an active user you do not have to worry as your credit will never expire, coz the more you use the more your validity increases.

How can i check my balance?

The simplest procedure is to sign in to Customer Login and check your balance instantly.!

Who shall i contact whn in trouble ?

You can easily connect to our technical support for your assistance. We assure you that the problem will be fixed as soon as you consult us.

How to pay my bills?

USCODEC favors payment by direct debit to a bank or savings bank account, it is a practical solution. you can also make the payment using paypal account.The service is free (except for any fees charged by your bank). Consider checking your account for the day of collection.

How can I get better rates?

For individual rate requests please contact your account manager.

How do I view my rates?

 Rates may be viewed by going to Managment and navigating to Rates in the menu bar. You will then see all of your current rates by available division. You can filter the rates list by destination name or dial code.

How can I get older CDR reports?

Due to potentially large file size of CDRs we archive only as follows: For daily CDR reports we offer the last 7 days and for monthly we offer a maximum of the last 3 months. We cannot honor any requests for older CDRs so we encourage you to store this information locally on your switch or computer as soon as we provide it.

Can I pay by Moneygram?
Do you inform me when my balance is running low?

We send a low balance alert notification the day your account falls below your specified threshold and once a day each and every day thereafter as long as your account balance remains below the specified threshold. You can turn this notification off and on and set/change the notification amount via the payments page (the default is set to on and at $50 as the threshold amount).

What is a Trial Account?

Customers with Trial Account status will have a period to test the IXC Voice Transit Service. They will be able to set up interconnection, use the $5.00 balance placed in their accounts to test routes, and see reports. As soon as funds are added the Trial Account status will no longer hold.
